About SINGO
Supporting civic, cultural and community initiatives across borders
SINGO is a Lithuanian nonprofit public institution (VšĮ) registered since 2018. We operate as a network-based umbrella structure connecting civic initiatives, NGOs, independent groups and community actors working on practical social challenges.
We work across traditional sector boundaries — bringing together NGOs, cultural actors, community groups, technology specialists and local businesses around shared challenges and practical solutions.
Our approach is inspired in part by the Swedish network Hela Sverige Ska Leva (“All Sweden Shall Live”) — a model that demonstrates how horizontal, community-led cooperation creates resilience where institutional mechanisms are too slow or too rigid.
