Goals and activities

1.1. Viešoji įstaiga "SINGO" is a non-profit public legal entity with limited civil liability, having economic, financial and legal autonomy.

1.2. The Institution is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Public Institutions, and other laws and legal acts.

2.1. Main goal:

2.1.1.To promote the development of civil society, a culture of solidarity, social responsibility and justice.

2.2. Objectives:

2.2.1.Development of democratic values;

2.2.2.Civic education;

2.2.3.Promotion of democratic values in society;

2.2.4.Expert and other support for initiatives and NGOs.

2.3. The Institution operates in the fields of education, information, training and consulting services, and other socially beneficial areas.

2.4. Activities:

2.4.1.Education in civic society, solidarity culture, social responsibility and justice;

2.4.2.Educational events;

2.4.3.Cultural events;

2.4.4.Production of educational films;

2.4.5.PR campaigns for democratic values and civic society;

2.4.6.Other activities aimed at developing civic society, solidarity culture, social responsibility and justice;

2.4.7.Fundraising for civic initiatives and NGOs.

2.6. The Institution is eligible to obtain the status of a support recipient under the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Charity and Support.
